Terms of Service
Thank you so much for considering me for your commission. My goal is to provide the best quality and attention to your request. Please read these terms carefully <3✦ 1. Payment & Refunds● Stripe Payment Link: All payments are handled via Stripe Payment Links. You can pay using Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. I will provide a direct link once the order is confirmed. (I am trying to join VGen, but until then, commissions will be processed via Stripe Payment Links.)
● Full Payment: I only accept 100% upfront payment before I start the drawing process.
● Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds once the payment is made. However, if for any reason I decide I cannot complete your commission, I will issue a full 100% refund to you.
● Cancellations: You are free to cancel your request at any time before the payment is made.✦ 2. Communication & Timeline● TALK TO ME!: Please don’t be afraid to talk to me! I don’t bite and I’m always open to answering any questions or helping you with concerns regarding commissions.
● Quality over Speed: I prefer to take my time to give your piece the attention it deserves. A commission may take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month depending on complexity and queue. (Most drawings are typically finished within 1-2 weeks)✦ 3. The Process● Workflow: You contact me via Discord/Twitter/Bluesky/Furaffinity to discuss the commission, providing the description, references, and all desired details, I will then provide the final price and a Stripe payment link, once the payment is confirmed, I will begin working on your commission!
● Updates: I will send you updates for approval at every stage: Doodles/Sketches, Lineart, Flat Colors, and Shading.
● Edits: You have 10 free edits. Any revision after the 10th will cost $10 each. Edits are always free if it was my mistake (missing details from the references or things we discussed beforehand).
● Deliverables: Once finished, you will receive the Full Resolution image and a Web Version via a Google Drive link.✦ 4. Usage & Rights● My Rights: I reserve the right to post the finished artwork for portfolio purposes. If you want it Private, please inform me beforehand (a fee will apply).
Rejected Sketches: If a sketch is rejected, I reserve the right to modify and reuse it for other characters or YCH.
Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel I cannot deliver the quality it deserves or if the theme makes me uncomfortable.
● Your Rights: You are welcome to post the art anywhere for personal use, provided you always give me credit. This helps my work grow and I truly appreciate it! For commercial use, please reach out to me directly to discuss pricing.✦ 6. Do's & Don'ts(✓) I WILL DRAW:
Furries, SFW & NSFW, Most Species, Any Gender, Light Armor, Light Fetishes, Simple Scenery, MLP Ponies (I will make NSFW art on Humanoid Style Pony ONLY. If you want the Pony form, it will be SFW).(✖) I WILL NOT DRAW:
Violence, Weapons, Extreme Fetishes, Pregnancy, Gore, Vomit, Complex Scenery, Minors/Lolis in NSFW, Feral.Still have questions?

● Simple or Complex Scenery (forest, room, sky, etc.): Starting at +$15.
● Simple Background (geometric shapes, light aura, etc.): Free.
● Private Commission: +50% of final price.
✧ Style Definitions ✧* Colored Sketch: Rough lines with flat colors and very basic lighting/shadows.
* Soft Shading: Clean, polished lineart with soft shading and some basic stylized textures.
* Full Render: Clean lines with deep painting, stylized textures, and cinematic lighting.
